Opportunity description

This consultation will result in the establishment of a single contract. The work will be carried out by a general contractor or a consortium of companies. The consultation is launched under a negotiated procedure pursuant to Article R2124-3-4°, as the contract cannot be concluded without prior negotiation due to particular circumstances related to its nature and complexity in order to find the best technical and financial compromises, particularly in view of the complexity of the contract, which concerns both dwellings to be refurbished while vacant and while occupied, and requires a detailed understanding of the methodological issues. Furthermore, in view of the particular characteristics of the 2 property complexes, the negotiated procedure will make it possible to optimize coordination between the various candidates in order to define the precise scope of the issues related to these 2 buildings from different construction periods (the 1930s for one, the 1970s for the other).
