Opportunity description

Framework agreement with purchase orders, consisting of 6 lots, with multiple awardees (3 economic operators per lot), concluded for the performance of routine maintenance work and new work related to routine maintenance work involving the partial refurbishment, by various trades, of the Nîmes Métropole buildings as listed in the CCTP. This framework agreement gives rise to the issuance of purchase orders paid by applying the prices in the Unit Price Schedule according to the quantities actually performed. The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from its notification date. It may be renewed three times, each time for a one-year period and under the same conditions. Under this contract, the Communauté d'Agglomération de Nîmes Métropole acts as the contracting authority.
