In order to enable them to implement a common and graduated public patient care strategy with the aim of ensuring equal access to safe, high-quality care, the participating establishments are forming a regional hospital group. Pursuant to Article L 6132-3-3° of the French Public Health Code (CSP), a constitutive agreement was signed on 15 April 2019. It designates the Cayenne Hospital Center as the supporting establishment of the Regional Hospital Group (GHT) of French Guiana. This university hospital center consists of the following 3 establishments: - CAYENNE Hospital Center, - KOUROU Hospital Center - WESTERN FRENCH GUIANA Hospital Center. Article 16 of said agreement entrusts the Cayenne Hospital Center with the function of conducting the procurement procedure on behalf of the other members, as well as certain tasks related to performance (renewal decision, price revision decision, conclusion of public contract modifications, termination decision). The specific features of each member establishment are detailed in the procurement documents. All other tasks in the contract performance phase are the responsibility of each establishment participating in the GHT.
