The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The contract holder is informed that the Centre Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (CHANGE), the supporting institution of the GHT Haute-Savoie Pays de Gex, is awarding the contract within the framework of its legal competence (Art. L 6132-2-5°a) of the Public Health Code, for the benefit of all members of the GHT, namely CHANGE, the Centre Hospitalier de GEX and the Centre Hospitalier Gabriel Déplante. In this capacity, the supporting institution conducts the award procedure and signs the contract on its own behalf and on behalf of the participating institutions.
