Single-award framework agreement with a maximum amount - Issuance of purchase orders.The Department of Gard owns approximately 988 vehicles and various machines to ensure the transportation of staff as well as the maintenance of departmental buildings, properties and roads. They are maintained in its 4 mechanical workshops. Of these 988 items of equipment, we can identify 100 heavy goods vehicles, 250 utility vehicles and 290 passenger vehicles distributed across 9 different brands. Each spare part must be supplied as an original spare part, in accordance with the following provisions: Definitions: 1/ Original spare parts: - original manufacturer spare parts: Parts distributed by the vehicle manufacturer. - Original equipment manufacturer spare parts: parts that comply with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications and manufacturing standards. cf: European Regulation 1400/2002 2/Public prices: publicly available sale price on which the candidate bases the prices proposed in the tender. “Publicly” means prices available at the counter of a retail store, on a website, or on any other commercial advertising medium relating to the part in question.
