Opportunity description

The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of spare parts and accessories intended for mechanical maintenance and bodywork on PEUGEOT-brand passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. The public buyer is the Central Purchasing Body of the Greater Reims Urban Community. The supplies covered by this framework agreement meet the current needs of the Greater Reims Urban Community and the City of Reims and the potential needs of other members of the Central Purchasing Body. This is a framework agreement awarded pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code and concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount set at €200,000 excluding tax over the total duration of the framework agreement. It will be performed in full through the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code.
