Opportunity description

The award procedure is a MAPA (Article L2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code). This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. - The contract is based on purchase orders for the following services: o Moving and exceptional technical assistance services o Purchase of associated software (including maintenance) o Purchase of annual maintenance packages This part of the contract (framework agreement based on purchase orders) is concluded without a minimum and with an annual maximum of 30 000 euro(s) excluding tax - The contract is based on unit prices according to the quantities actually performed, with regard to equipment maintenance (cost per page) ? These prices are identified in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU). The framework agreement sets out all the contractual provisions; it will be performed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
