France – Photocopiers – RENTAL AND MAINTENANCE OF PHOTOCOPIERS

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is the rental and maintenance (preventive and corrective) of digital photocopiers for the various departments of the City / CCAS / School Fund purchasing group. The framework agreement is "composite". Lots 1 and 5 correspond partly to an ordinary contract (rental and maintenance) and partly to a framework agreement with purchase orders (rental of additional photocopiers). Lots 2 to 4 correspond to an ordinary contract. Each lot will be awarded separately. The estimated amounts correspond to the annual order ceilings for the rental of additional photocopiers (lots 1 and 5) and are indicative only. Consultation launched by a purchasing group 84 digital photocopiers, greater than or equal to 30 pages per minute, A4 format, A3 Black and White, comprising 52 copiers for the City of TAMPON, 6 for the CCAS and 26 for the schools. This lot includes a purchase-order portion for possible additional photocopiers 1 digital photocopier, greater than or equal to 70 pages per minute, A4/A3 format, Color, for the City of Tampon 1 digital photocopier, greater than or equal to 90 pages per minute in A4 and A3 formats, Black and White, for the City of Tampon 23 digital photocopiers, greater than or equal to 50 pages per minute in A4 and A3 formats, Black and White, comprising 7 copiers for the City of Tampon, 1 for the CCAS and 15 for the School Fund 6 digital photocopiers, greater than or equal to 50 pages per minute in A4 and A3 formats, Color, for the City of Tampon.
