The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is awarded using the purchasing technique of a mixed single-award framework agreement executed via purchase orders and subsequent contracts, with no minimum and with a maximum, pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 to R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Purchase orders will be drawn up for rental payments and printing costs. Subsequent contracts will be used for any additions of machines during performance.
