France – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE LANDSCAPING OF THE MAURIENNE MOTORWAY

Opportunity description

The contract (framework agreement) covers the following services: - Lot 1: Maintenance services for rest areas and toll plazas - Lot 2: Maintenance services for areas other than rest areas and toll plazas The description of the services and their specific requirements are set out in the special technical specifications common to both lots. Each lot will give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders, with an annual minimum amount and an annual maximum amount set under the conditions defined in Article R. 2162-4 of the French Public Procurement Code. This lot includes maintenance services for lawns at rest areas and maintenance of flower beds, planters and plantings at toll plazas and rest and service areas. This lot includes mowing and brush-clearing services on embankments, including pruning specimens <10 cm in diameter; maintenance of flower beds; pruning or cutting shrubs or modest-sized trees (>10 cm and <25 cm in diameter); maintenance (brush clearing) around certain OA and OH structures and on various walls (evergreen, terraces, tops of walls); and maintenance of fences and service roads, including with a hedge trimmer.
