France – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - MAINTENANCE OF GREEN AREAS OF THE TOWN OF FRANQUEVILLE-SAINT-PIERRE

Opportunity description

The purpose of this framework agreement is the maintenance of the green areas of the Town of Franqueville-Saint-Pierre for the period 2026-2030. The services will be covered by a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum and a maximum of EUR 115,000.00 excluding tax/year, pursuant to Articles R. 2162-2 et seq., R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded for an initial period of one (1) year, which will begin on 1 August 2026, or upon notification if the latter is later. This contract may be renewed 3 times for periods of one (1) year, for a maximum validity period of 48 months, i.e. 4 years. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator. This consultation is launched under the open tender procedure pursuant to Articles R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement with purchase orders is not divided into lots, in accordance with Articles L. 2113-11 and R. 2113-1 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code; the reason for not dividing it into lots is as follows: awarding separate lots is likely to make the performance of the services more expensive Procedure: open.
