France – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Restoration and maintenance of plots subject to Compensatory Measures on departmental, municipal or private properties

Opportunity description

The objectives pursued are: - For restoration services: -The provision of services to restore plots in order to compensate for certain areas destroyed as part of road projects carried out under the project ownership of the Department -The reopening of habitats to promote biodiversity associated with open habitats -The provision of services to maintain wooded islands -The creation of ponds or other specific wetland habitats - For maintenance services: -Maintenance work on herbaceous vegetation in order to maintain an open habitat -Maintenance of hedges or young compensatory wooded areas; -Maintenance of restored or newly created ponds in order to maintain a sufficient level of openness; -Monitoring of the various developments put in place to ensure the compensatory measures implemented. This consultation is launched according to the open tender procedure defined in Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The services will be covered by a single-operator framework agreement with no minimum and with a maximum, performed through the issuance of purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code.
