France – Plumbing materials – Purchase and delivery of plumbing supplies 2026-2027

Opportunity description

Consultation launched by a purchasing group. The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. This consultation follows the non-renewal of framework agreements No. TV-23-010, VV-23-016, CC-23-005, CI-23-003, PN-23-005 (purchase and delivery of technical supplies - Lot No. 5: plumbing equipment) for the 3rd and 4th validity periods. Its purpose is the purchase and delivery of plumbing supplies (plumbing supplies, DHW production below 500 litres and radiators, supplies for tertiary heating and DHW production from 500 litres). These supplies are intended to ensure the proper operation of the services of the members of the purchasing group, for carrying out maintenance, renovation or new works in-house. This consultation is carried out within the framework of the purchasing group agreement of 10 January 2023, in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following bodies: - the Communauté d'agglomération Territoires vendômois; - the Commune of Vendôme; - the Centre intercommunal d'action sociale de Territoires vendômois; - the Centre communal d'action sociale de Vendôme; - the Régie du pôle nautique de Territoires vendômois. A framework agreement will be concluded for each lot and for each member of the group DHW tanks < 500 litres, domestic taps and fittings, community/hospital taps and fittings, copper pipes and fittings, brass fittings, PVC pipes and fittings, PEX pipes and fittings, multilayer pipes and fittings < 32 mm, gaskets < 50/60 mm and consumables, spare parts for sanitary maintenance (flush mechanism, trap…), sanitary equipment (toilet, washbasin, trough, shower, urinal…), water radiators Heat production equipment (boiler, burner), heat pumps and renewable energy, DHW production ? 500 litres (buffer tank, heat exchanger and tank with integrated gas burner), circulators and pumps, protection and signalling devices, ball and butterfly valves ? 40/49 mm, multilayer pipes and fittings ? 32 mm, steel pipes and fittings, gaskets ? 50/60 mm, flues, measurement and control equipment, spare parts for heating maintenance Procedure: open.
