Opportunity description
The framework agreement covers the following services: Supply, packaging and delivery of protocol gifts and ceremonial decorations for the Guadeloupe Region. This contract concerns the supply, packaging and delivery of protocol items for the Guadeloupe Region. The protocol gifts covered by this contract are presents offered by the authority, in particular to French authorities, foreign dignitaries and official partners, for all its communication and representation activities, particularly during institutional events, visits or official receptions, trade fairs, forums, ceremonies, galas, conferences or other events in Guadeloupe, mainland France and internationally. These protocol gifts are also intended for users and civil servants in the context of specific ceremonies (professional merit of public officials, etc.). It is specified that, as part of its representation duties and protocol exchanges, the authority wishes to have gifts that showcase its cultural and craft heritage as well as local gastronomic traditions. Given the specific nature of the subject matter of the contract, it is divided as follows: - Lot 1: Supply, packaging and delivery of protocol gifts and ceremonial decorations - Lot 2: Protocol concierge service for the supply, packaging and delivery of protocol gifts. This lot exclusively covers so-called catalogue or standardized protocol gifts, which may, however, be personalized (engraving, labelling, etc.), as well as the acquisition of flags and banners required for decorating the Region or protocol ceremonies. The latter lot exclusively covers non-catalogue, so-called custom-made gifts. Indeed, depending on the event and the status of the guest/the delegation, the inviting party may decide to personalize the protocol gift. In this case, the nature of these gifts varies depending on the country and the person being met (books, medals, works of art or handicrafts, etc.); their personalization may take the form of a unique or rare item or an item of symbolic value. In all cases, the gift must reflect the identity of the invited or inviting institution, the context of the meeting and/or the history of the recipient and/or the host. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 210,000 EUR. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
