France – Preventive maintenance services – Maintenance of selective access devices in public spaces belonging to the City of Thionville and in Thionville Fensch Agglomération buildings

This is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders concluded from: - the contract notification date until 30 June 2030 for lot 01 EXCEPT sites No. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 indicated in the document LOT 01 ANNEXE EQUIPEMENTS TFA; - 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2030 for lot 2 (only for TFA sites). Procurement procedure launched by a purchasing group comprising Thionville Fensch Agglomération and the City of Thionville and its CCAS for lot 1 only. The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit and fixed prices. Minimum amount: 145 000 euro(s) excluding VAT - Maximum amount: 580 000 euro(s) excluding VAT for the duration of the contract.
