Opportunity description

The services under the contract are not divided into any lots. Division into several lots would risk making the performance of the services technically more complex and financially more costly. The form chosen for the performance of the contract is a composite framework agreement for services. Composite framework agreement: - The services detailed in the lump-sum part of the financial document give rise to a simple public contract concluded at lump-sum prices. They constitute the lump-sum part of the composite framework agreement. - The services detailed in the purchase-order part of the financial document give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum amount of 50 000 euro(s) excluding tax per year, pursuant to Articles L2125 - 1; R2161 - 1 to 6 and R2161 - 13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code.
