Opportunity description

The purpose of the consultation is: Purchase of DOCUMENTS IN ALL MEDIA FOR THE SAINT-JOSEPH MEDIA LIBRARY (BOOKS - AUDIO CDs - DVDs - vinyl records - VIDEO GAMES) - Year 2026. The services comprise a single tranche and are divided into 9 lots designated in Article 1.2 of the CCP. Each lot will be the subject of a separate contract. The form selected is that of a framework agreement executed by means of purchase orders pursuant to Articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. This is a single-award framework agreement.
