France – Printing and delivery services – PRINTING OF COMMUNICATION MATERIALS FOR THE CITY OF AUBAGNE

Opportunity description

The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. The purpose of this consultation is to award a purchase-order framework agreement relating to the printing of municipal documents on behalf of the City of Aubagne, including in particular the printing, finishing and delivery of the municipal newsletter, institutional communication materials, posters, flyers, leaflets, administrative registers and any other document whose printing will be entrusted to the contractor, under the conditions specified in this CCP. The following operations are included in the services: - Preliminary checks of the computer files provided by the communications department or other city departments before production; - Production of all printing materials necessary for the manufacture of the finished products in accordance with the requested technical specifications; - Performance of the following work: o Printing, at the possible request of the communications department, of preliminary proof copies, o Imagesetting of computer files, o Machine finishing of printed products (e.g. matte or glossy varnish, full-page or spot), o Automated or manual enhancements, processing and finishing of printed products, such as matte or glossy lamination, plastic coating, cutting, assembly, o Delivery of printed products to one or more locations Procedure: open.
