In order to ensure the continuity and quality of its communication, mediation and dissemination activities, the Musée du Louvre-Lens regularly uses printing services to produce its printed materials, intended both to promote its exhibitions and events and to welcome and inform the public. This contract aims to meet all the printing needs of the Musée du Louvre-Lens, while guaranteeing: - a quality of execution consistent with the museum's image and requirements, - responsiveness suited to scheduling constraints, - an environmentally responsible production approach, notably prioritizing the use of certified papers, environmentally friendly inks and eco-responsible production channels. Lot 1 of the framework agreement will be concluded with a single participant. As all contractual provisions cannot be determined in advance, it will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts with a single participant under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the single-award framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders, based on the BPU, with no minimum and with a maximum of €300,000 excluding tax over the duration of the contract, under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the single-award framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders, based on the BPU, with no minimum and with a maximum of €50,000 excluding tax over the duration of the contract, under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
