France – Printing paper – Single-award framework agreement relating to the supply of paper for the City of Troyes and Troyes Champagne Métropole - Lots No. 1, 2 and 3-.

Opportunity description

The services that are the subject of this consultation concern the purchase of paper for the needs of the operational departments of the City of Troyes (VT) and Troyes Champagne Métropole (TCM). To this end, a purchasing group has been formed between these two entities, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2113-6 and L2113-7 of the French Public Procurement Code. The coordinator of the group is the City of Troyes. In this capacity, and pursuant to the purchasing group agreement, the City of Troyes is responsible for conducting the entire award procedure through to the notification of said contracts. Each entity will perform the contracts in its own name. Single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with an annual maximum amount for each member of the group: lot 1: VT €90,000 excluding tax/ TCM €24,000 excluding tax, lot 2: VT €30,000 excluding tax / TCM €4,000 excluding tax, lot 3: VT €40,000 excluding tax / €4,000 H. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 1 year from the date of its notification to the contractor, renewable 3 times for periods of 1 year, without the maximum duration of the framework agreement exceeding 4 years. Furthermore, the contractor may not refuse the renewal of the framework agreement. Purchase orders may only be issued during the validity period of the framework agreement.
