The employees eligible to receive meal vouchers are: - trainee and tenured local government civil servants in active service or on secondment, - civil servants belonging to another public service recruited through secondment, - contract employees, regardless of the reason for their recruitment (permanent position, replacement, additional staffing, seasonal work, project contract, etc.), with at least 4 months of seniority at the time of the order; - Employees with a private-law contract who have at least 4 months of seniority at the time of the order; - Employees recruited as cabinet staff and who have at least 4 months of seniority at the time of the order. The number of eligible employees in July 2026 is 551 for the City and 116 for the CCAS. A full-time employee works an average of 205 days per year. The current value of the meal voucher is €7 (€4 paid by the employer and €3 paid by the employee).
