France – Processing and clearing services – Supply, management and delivery of meal vouchers

Opportunity description

The services are covered by a single-supplier framework agreement concluded with a maximum annual quantity of 170,000 meal vouchers. This framework agreement sets out all the conditions for the performance of the services and is executed as purchase orders are issued. The meal vouchers will be offered by the service provider in two types of format: - in paper form - in dematerialized form (such as a smart card or another dematerialized solution meeting the definition of meal vouchers under the regulations in force and allowing the withdrawal of the amounts held in the associated management account). Any tender that does not include both formats will be considered irregular and rejected. On the date of launch of the call for tenders: The face value of each meal voucher is 9.87 euro(s). The City of Bastia issues approximately 141,450 meal vouchers annually. These values are not contractual and may change during performance Procedure: open.
