The contractor shall assist the contracting authority by carrying out the following tasks throughout the design and execution of the rehabilitation works: - advice and assistance (technical, environmental, administrative, etc.), - project management (schedule, regulations, budget, etc.), - development of the study programs and assessments necessary for the development of the project, - construction-site support (preparation of studies and works), - drafting of the documents necessary for the proper management of the project, - construction-site monitoring (proper execution of the works).
