This framework agreement, through the subsequent contracts concluded on its basis, concerns the provision of transport services using light vehicles, 5-, 7- or 9-seat vehicles, buses, coaches, minibuses, and TPMR vehicles (transport for persons with reduced mobility) for EPNAK units, in accordance with Article L2113-6 CCP. It is divided into 68 lots. Each lot will thus be the subject of a subsequent contract awarded to a single economic operator.
