The purpose of this contract is to entrust the Contractor, who accepts it, with the operation of the public road transport service(s) created for pupils and students with disabilities during school-term days. The educational establishments concerned are public or private general, agricultural, or vocational educational establishments under contract, pursuant to Articles L 442-5 and L 442-12 of the Education Code, located within the Transport de la Martinique area. For students, the course of study must lead to a higher education diploma recognized by the State. The Contractor may also be required to transport pupils and students to internship locations or apprenticeship centers. Public road transport service(s) created to provide transport to and from educational establishments for pupils and students with disabilities who cannot use public transport between the municipality of Ducos and the Southern sector (CAESM territory) Procedure: open.
