France – Railway transport services – RER A - Rental service for R90-type wagons

Opportunity description

This contract notice aims to establish a framework agreement with a minimum amount and a maximum amount for the rental of wagons for works on RER line A. The services are the subject of a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders. RATP reserves the right to have similar services performed by the Contract Holder under the conditions set out in Article R21227 of the French Public Procurement Code. It should be noted that the required turnover must represent one and a half times the maximum annual amount awarded. This contract notice aims to establish a framework agreement with a minimum amount and a maximum amount. The purpose of this contract is the rental of R90-type wagons that will be incorporated into works trains on RER line A. This procurement procedure is for a service contract. The services included in the minimum amount of the framework agreement are: • Rental of 10 R90-type flat wagons for a period of 5 years • 1 outbound delivery to RATP sites • 1 return delivery from RATP sites • Preventive and corrective maintenance related to normal use of the wagons • Repair maintenance following an accident or misuse attributable to RATP. The services included in the maximum amount of the framework agreement notably include: • The services included in the minimum amount • Rental of 10 R90-type flat wagons for an additional period of 3 years • 2 outbound deliveries to RATP sites • 2 return deliveries from RATP sites • Services ancillary to the subject matter of the contract, within the limit of 20% of the maximum amount.
