Opportunity description

The procurement concerns various services for shows and events in Saint-Joseph for the year 2026. These are the necessary services (sound systems, lighting, video projection, stage, ...) for recreational, cultural and/or sporting events that may be organized outdoors or indoors within the municipality. The form selected for this contract is a framework agreement executed by means of purchase orders pursuant to Articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. This is a single-award framework agreement. The services are divided into the 4 lots below, each giving rise to a separate contract. These lots and their amounts excluding tax, for the initial contract period and for each renewal period, where applicable, are defined as follows: Lot No. 1: “Sound, lighting and backline for live performances” - Minimum 10 000 Euros excluding tax / Maximum 300 000 Euros excluding tax; Lot No. 2: “Video projection and related services” - Minimum 5 000 Euros excluding tax / Maximum 150 000 Euros excluding tax; Lot No. 3: “Small stage and accessories” - Minimum 3 000 Euros excluding tax / Maximum 200 000 Euros excluding tax; Lot No. 4: “Large stage and accessories” - Minimum 3 000 Euros excluding tax / Maximum 150 000 Euros excluding tax.
