The purpose of this consultation is to engage one or more recruitment firms to support the HR Department teams of Métropole Rouen Normandie in recruiting for targeted positions and conducting personality tests. The recruitments for which the Métropole wishes to receive support concern: - executive or senior management positions, (lot 1) - Middle management (head of department, unit manager, non-managerial executives…) (lot 2) - Engineering professions (urban planning, networks, water, sanitation, transport, energy…(lot 3) - Digital IT professions, DATA, AI… (lot 4) In addition, the Métropole wishes to be able to have personality tests conducted for certain recruitments managed internally by the Métropole HR Department.
