Opportunity description

The services are divided into three lots. Each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement and a separate award. A limit is envisaged on the number of lots for which the same economic operator may submit a tender, in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Consultation Rules. Each lot will be concluded using the purchasing technique of a multi-supplier framework agreement with subsequent contracts, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount, pursuant to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 1° and R.2162-1 to R.2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the conclusion of subsequent contracts as needs arise. The procedures for reopening competition among the holders of the framework agreement are laid down in the Special Administrative Conditions (CCAP). The price offer submitted by tenderers is indicative only for the purpose of comparing tenders under the Price criterion. With regard to the award of the framework agreements, an eliminatory technical score will be applied in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Consultation Rules Recruitment of strategic executives for the Directorate-General and the Cabinet Procedure: open.
