France – Refuse and waste related services – Framework agreement with purchase orders for the treatment of residual household waste (OMR) and similar waste produced in the municipalities of Arles, Saint-Martin-de-Crau and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer

This consultation concerns the treatment of Residual Household Waste (OMR) and similar waste produced in the municipalities of Arles, Saint-Martin-de-Crau and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. The service is broken down as follows: - Treatment of residual household waste and similar waste received at the Arles transfer center and delivered by ACCM to the treatment outlets in semi-trailers with Moving Floor Systems (FMA) - Treatment of residual household waste and similar waste produced in the municipality of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, received at the Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer transfer center and delivered to the outlet in a compacted container OR delivered directly in a Refuse Collection Vehicle (BOM) The transport of household waste to the treatment outlet is not part of this consultation. The framework agreement will be concluded from December 1, 2026 (or from its notification date if later) until September 08, 2027. The performance period comprises two sub-periods corresponding to the scope of waste deliveries: - Sub-Period 1: from December 1, 2026, or the framework agreement notification date if later, until December 31, 2026: delivery of OMR from the municipality of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer; - Sub-Period 2: from January 1, 2027 to September 8, 2027: delivery of OMR from the municipalities of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Saint-Martin-de-Crau and Arles. The maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement is set at 8 000 000 euro(s) excluding tax. Procedure: open.
