France – Refuse and waste related services – Framework agreement with purchase orders for the reception at a sorting center, sorting and packaging of waste from selective collection for the municipalities of Arles, Saint-Martin-de-Crau and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer

This framework agreement concerns the reception at a sorting center, sorting and packaging of waste from selective collection for the municipalities of Arles, Saint-Martin-de-Crau and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. The description of the services and their technical specifications are set out in the special technical specifications. Waste collection services and the transport of waste to the sorting center are not covered by this framework agreement. Amount of the framework agreement: For the initial 12-month period, the maximum order amount excluding tax is set at 1 500 000 euro(s) . For each 3-month renewal period, the maximum order amount excluding tax is set at 375 000 euro(s) . The maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement is set at 2 250 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from 1 December 2026 or from its notification date if the latter is later. At the end of this initial period, the framework agreement may be renewed twice, for a duration of three months per renewal, in the event of a delay in the commissioning of the Rhoda'Tri sorting center. The maximum duration of the framework agreement, including all renewal periods, is therefore 18 months. The scope of deliveries changes during the performance of the framework agreement according to the following periods: From 1 December 2026, or from the notification date if the latter is later, to 31 December 2026: - delivery of the “Multi-material” stream from the municipality of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. From 1 January 2027 until the end of the framework agreement: - delivery of the “Multi-material” stream from the municipality of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer; - delivery of the “Multi-material” stream from the Arles transfer center, corresponding to deliveries from the municipalities of Arles and Saint-Martin-de-Crau. The services shall cease at the end of the initial period or, in the event of renewal, at the end of the last renewal period actually implemented Procedure: open.
