This consultation, conducted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2124-3 and R 2124-4 of the Public Procurement Code, concerns the collection of waste resulting from the operation and maintenance activities of the Fos and Lavera Oil Ports as well as from the buildings of the technical and administrative departments, with a view to its transport and treatment at approved centers. Minimum amount excluding tax for the total duration of the contract: 425000.0 Euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The procedure has been divided into two lots as follows: Lot No. 1: Non-hazardous waste (NHW), comprising: 1°) Waste regularly generated by FLUXEL, such as food biowaste, glass, paper, plastic, wood—pallets, printer cartridges, coffee capsules, certain scrap metals, rubber (used tire type)... and, 2°) Waste likely to be generated during works: such as inert waste (plaster); tiles and ceramics from construction sites; concrete. Lot No. 2: Hazardous waste (HW). This category, which may change over time as FLUXEL's industrial activity evolves, comprises: 1°) Waste regularly generated by FLUXEL, such as batteries from machinery and electrical equipment, soiled personal protective equipment, aerosols, soiled rags, used oils, automotive filters, diesel fuel or other types of oil filters, as well as waste from healthcare activities involving infectious risks (DASRI), WEEE, ... and, 2°) Waste likely to be generated during works, such as asbestos-containing materials, construction, demolition and renovation waste, polluted/contaminated soil, industrial packaging that has contained chemical products, radioactive waste (example: old ceramics),... These services are understood to be turnkey services contracted from a waste treatment professional and, as such, they: - a) include an obligation to achieve results consisting of installing bins and containers and collecting and treating waste according to the frequency or frequencies and volume(s) provided for in the contract, as well as ensuring its sorting, recovery and disposal in compliance with the applicable environmental standards and regulations, with an obligation to return the waste recovery slips (BSD) to the Contracting Entity, which remains the producer of this waste, on the one hand and, - b) must also include the provision of collection equipment, its handling and maintenance, as well as the cleaning and cleanliness of the sites following waste collection. The rental of containers must therefore be taken into account in the unit price schedules to be completed, on the other hand. All of these services are detailed in the special technical specifications (CCTP). Finally, the contract to be concluded for each of the lots will correspond to a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with minimum and maximum amounts, in accordance with Articles L 2125-1 1°) and R 2162-4 1°) of the Public Procurement Code Non-hazardous waste (NHW) and Septic tanks Minimum amount excluding tax for the lot for the total duration of the contract: 375 000,00 Euro(s) excluding tax Surface hazardous waste (HW) and waste in the riprap Minimum amount excluding tax for the lot for the total duration of the contract: 50 000,00 Euro(s) excluding tax Procedure: neg-w-call.
