The purpose of this contract is to entrust the management of the upper platform and the management of the lower platforms of the two Flodanche and Patac waste disposal centers. The procurement procedure used is: the open procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. This contract is a single-award framework agreement with a maximum, concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The maximums are as follows: Initial period ( 24 months ): 2 200 000 euro(s) excluding tax renewal ( 24 months ): Maximum total: 4 400 000 euro(s) excluding tax The maximums are the same for each renewal Procedure: open.
