France – Refuse-collection vehicles – Short- and medium-term rental of waste collection vehicles for the waste management and recovery service of Sète agglopôle Méditerranée

Opportunity description

The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for at unit prices. This contract concerns the short- and medium-term rental of waste collection vehicles, in order to replace broken-down vehicles for a short duration for a period of between 1 and 12 weeks and for a medium duration for a period of between 13 and 52 weeks, or to compensate for increased activity. The vehicles offered for rental must have been first registered no more than 5 years ago. The defined services are divided into 3 lots: - Lot 1: Rental of household refuse collection vehicles of the mini household refuse collection vehicle type (light vehicles/heavy goods vehicles) - Lot 2: Rental of household refuse collection vehicles with or without a crane - Lot 3: Rental of hook-lift vehicles with or without a crane The maximum amount of the services is defined as follows: - For lot No. 1, the maximum amount is 20,000 euro(s) excluding VAT/year, i.e. 80,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for all periods combined; - For lot No. 2, the maximum amount is 80,000 euro(s) excluding VAT/year, i.e. 320,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for all periods combined; - For lot No. 3, the maximum amount is 40,000 euro(s) excluding VAT/year, i.e. 160,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for all periods combined Rental of household refuse collection vehicles of the mini household refuse collection vehicle type (light vehicles/heavy goods vehicles) Rental of household refuse collection vehicles with or without a crane Rental of hook-lift vehicles with or without a crane Procedure: open.
