The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance and servicing (preventive and corrective maintenance) of the cooling and heating production installations for the EFS Bretagne sites listed below: - Rennes Gineste and La Frébardière sites - Vannes site - Lorient Le Scoff site - Lorient Keyrado site - Quimper site - Brest Morvan sites - Brest Cavale Blanche site - Site The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance and servicing (preventive and corrective maintenance) of the cooling and heating production installations for the EFS Bretagne sites listed below: - Rennes Gineste and La Frébardière sites - Vannes site - Lorient Le Scoff site - Lorient Keyrado site - Quimper site - Brest Morvan sites - Brest Cavale Blanche site - St-Brieuc site The installations concerned are as follows: - Cold rooms: Units, Indoor Units, evaporator, piping, valves and cold-room equipment. - Heating: Boiler, fluids, heating circuit, piping, valves and equipment. - Chilled-water production unit: Compressors, condensers and evaporators, chilled-water circuit, piping, valves, various equipment. - Backflow preventers - Stand-alone air-conditioning systems and heat pump - Refrigerated enclosures: -80°C, -30°C and +4°C - CO2 detection systems The places of performance and the list of installations concerned may change during the contract. The consultation results in a framework agreement with purchase orders, without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum amount of €700,000 excluding tax over its entire duration (renewals included).
