France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Maintenance of SEMITAN flat roofs

Opportunity description

This framework agreement, which is concluded with the company or group of companies, covers maintenance services for SEMITAN flat roofs. The maintenance services to be performed by the contractor concern the following areas: - preventive maintenance: o inspection of access points and safety equipment, o inspection of defects present on the roof (detachments, cracks, fastening defects, obstruction of rainwater drainage systems, … ), o maintenance and cleaning - corrective maintenance: o diagnosis and/or leak detection, o repairs. Full details of the services are set out in the CCTP. This is a single-award framework agreement for services, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 650,000 euros excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (renewals included), in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement will be performed progressively as purchase orders are issued in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Code Procedure: neg-w-call.
