This consultation will result in the establishment of a multi-supplier framework agreement (2). This framework agreement will be concluded for a fixed term of 4 years from its notification date. The framework agreement prices are determined according to the prices entered in the unit price schedule multiplied by the quantities actually performed. The arrangements for allocating orders are as follows: Company ranked in 1st position following the analysis of tenders = 55% of annual orders Company ranked in 2nd position following the analysis of tenders = 45% of annual orders Procedure: open.
