Opportunity description

This contract constitutes a single lot relating to the maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) installations for the sites of the City of Épernay, the C.C.A.S of Épernay and the Épernay, Coteaux et Plaines de Champagne Agglomeration Community, covering the Épernay and Blancs-Coteaux sectors. It concerns the operation, management, monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, upkeep in good working order, as well as the optimization of the energy performance of the following installations: • heating installations • domestic hot water (DHW) production and distribution installations • water treatment installations • ventilation and air-treatment installations • air-conditioning and refrigeration installations. The services also include the implementation of energy optimization measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the installations, reducing energy consumption, limiting associated emissions and ensuring that the required levels of comfort and service quality are maintained. The services covered by this contract are as follows: Type P2 services: Operation of the installation and minor maintenance work; Type P3 services: Major Maintenance and Renewal (GER) of equipment.
