France – Repair and maintenance services of central heating – OPERATION CONTRACT FOR THE HEATING AND DOMESTIC HOT WATER INSTALLATIONS OF SPECIFIC ESTABLISHMENTS (2 LOTS)

Opportunity description

The purpose of this invitation to tender is the operation (with full guarantee) of collective thermal installations and other equipment at 17 specific establishments located at various sites, built and leased by OPAC de l'Oise to managing associations or organizations. The specific establishments concerned are intended to accommodate either dependent or non-dependent elderly persons, persons with disabilities, or workers. These establishments may therefore be classified as E.R.P. The services include in particular: - preventive maintenance and repairs to keep the heating, domestic hot water production, water treatment and ancillary installations, as well as cold water distribution, in good working order (P2); - major maintenance and replacement of equipment under the full guarantee (P3). The supply of fuel or energy (P1) is not included in the services, and the contract does not provide for a profit-sharing clause; all thermal installations and equipment listed in Annex 1 to the CCTP in the municipalities of BEAUVAIS (2 sites), BAILLEUL SUR THERAIN (1 site), MÉRU (1 site), CLERMONT (1 site) and CHAMBLY (1 site); all thermal installations and equipment listed in Annex 1 to the CCTP in the municipalities of CHANTILLY (1 site), CRÉPY EN VALOIS (3 sites), LAMORAYE (1 site), LE MEUX (1 site), LONGUEIL STE MARIE (1 site), MARGNY LES COMPIÈGNE (1 site), PONT STE MAXENCE (1 site), SENLIS (1 site) and VENETTE (1 site); Procedure: open.
