France – Repair and maintenance services of cooler groups – Servicing and maintenance work on the air-conditioning installations of the property portfolio of CANNES LERINS AMENAGEMENT ET HABITAT

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to carry out all servicing operations, as well as corrective maintenance, on the air-conditioning installations located at the following sites: -the offices of the registered headquarters of CANNES LERINS AMENAGEMENT ET HABITAT; -the external offices falling within its operational scope; -the residences, housing units and annexes belonging to the property portfolio of CANNES LERINS AMENAGEMENT ET HABITAT. The purpose of this contract is to carry out all servicing operations, as well as corrective maintenance, or the creation of air-conditioning installations at the following sites: -the offices of the registered headquarters of CANNES LERINS AMENAGEMENT ET HABITAT; -the external offices falling within its operational scope; -the residences, housing units and annexes belonging to the property portfolio of CANNES LERINS AMENAGEMENT ET HABITAT. This contract is not divided into lots. The services give rise to an ordinary contract handled at mixed prices and broken down as follows: Item 1: Preventive servicing and repair service, gives rise to an ordinary contract handled at an overall fixed price in accordance with the Breakdown of the Overall Fixed Price. Item 2: Corrective maintenance and creation work under purchase orders, gives rise to a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. The work relating to Item 2 is handled at unit prices based on the quantities actually performed. The value of all these services may vary as follows: Minimum amount per period €5,000 excluding VAT / Maximum amount per period €80,000 excluding VAT. The validity period of the contract is the period within which all the services are performed. It runs from the date of notification for a period of 12 months, renewable 3 times up to a limit of 48 months. Procedure: open.
