This framework agreement is a sensitive contract. It concerns the Maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of the equipment of the BASE underground command posts, the COR in Taverny and the EAR underground structure in Perthes. This MCO applies in the following areas: pneumatic door control system and its automation systems; high-voltage currents; low-voltage currents; air-conditioning equipment and chilled-water production by chiller unit; hydraulic networks; fire safety system. The description of the services falling within the scope of the draft framework agreement is defined in Article 1 of my Consultation Regulations "application phase", a document available for free download via the French government procurement platform (PLACE), www.marches-publics.gouv.fr. The framework agreement includes an estimated minimum amount of €560,000 excluding tax and a maximum of €6,300,000 excluding tax for a validity period of 7 years from its notification date.
