Opportunity description

The purpose of this consultation is to establish an operation contract for PF-type collective electric heating installations for the production of heating for the real estate complexes managed by CDC Habitat Social in Ile-de-France, comprising all or part of the following services: - Operation of the installations and minor maintenance work (the remuneration for which is commonly referred to as P2), namely operation, monitoring, adjustment, routine maintenance, minor repairs and small supplies - Major maintenance and renewal of equipment (the remuneration for which is commonly referred to as P3) The real estate complexes concerned by this contract are listed and detailed in Annex 1 to the Technical Specifications (CCT).
