Framework agreement for the preventive and corrective maintenance of uninterruptible power supplies, 48 V racks, rectifiers and converters for the benefit of sites under the USIDs of SID Nord-Est. The single-award framework agreement concerns the preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment at sites under the USIDs of SID Nord-Est, excluding technical installations handled by GAIA, CND or the manufacturer. It will be concluded at mixed prices and divided into two types of services (lump-sum and unit-priced): The lump-sum services, part of the framework agreement, initiated upon notification of the framework agreement without the issuance of a purchase order; The unit-priced services, part of the purchase-order framework agreement, are subject to purchase orders.
