Opportunity description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide maintenance services for fire safety installations for Logial-COOP's property portfolio, excluding IGH and excluding property located in the municipality of Kremlin-Bicêtre. It includes a part handled at unit prices and a part handled at fixed prices. The performance of the services is subject to an obligation to achieve results. The Contractor must therefore implement all the means necessary to obtain the guaranteed result. The property portfolio concerned by this framework agreement is described in Annex 1 of the C.C.T.P. The performance conditions are described in greater detail in all the documents of the consultation file as well as in the CCTP common to both lots.
