France – Repair and maintenance services of firefighting equipment – Open call for tenders

Opportunity description

The services covered by the contract concern the periodic inspection of the condition and operation of the various pieces of equipment contributing to fire safety and of fire extinguishers within the property portfolio of Nanterre Coop Habitat, as well as car parks, shared residential premises, administrative premises and technical premises. ­A lump-sum portion for the inspection, servicing and maintenance services for the equipment described in Annex A to the commitment document and paid according to the price indicated in Article 1.1 of the commitment document. ­A purchase-order portion for occasional additional services according to the unit prices indicated in Annex B to the Commitment Document (Unit Price Schedule – BPU). This portion will be performed in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount set at 500,000 euros excluding taxes over the maximum duration of the contract mentioned in Article 1.6 of the Special Conditions. The annual amount of the orders will depend each year on the needs expressed and the available budget appropriations. For purely indicative purposes, and without commitment on the part of the contracting authority, the average annual amount of work carried out over the last three years amounts to 70,000.00 euros excluding taxes.
