Opportunity description

This consultation is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code of 1 April 2019. The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide services relating to the preventive inspection and corrective maintenance of fire prevention and safety equipment present in the collective housing buildings, administrative buildings and establishments open to the public of PARTENORD LE GROUPE. The services are divided into 5 lots, determined by geographical sectors. Each lot will give rise to a separate single-award framework agreement with purchase orders concluded for an initial period of twelve (12) months from 1 January 2027 and tacitly renewable three (3) times for twelve (12) months, i.e. until 31 December 2030; the framework agreement may not exceed 48 months. The contracts are awarded on the basis of unit prices and are concluded without a minimum order amount and with an annual maximum amount for each lot, stated in the lot description section. Pursuant to Article 2112-2 of the CCP, lots No. 1 - 2 and 4 of this consultation include a social integration action through economic activity. Variants are not permitted The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum annual amount excluding tax and with a maximum annual amount of 160,000 euros excluding tax. Pursuant to Article L.2112-2 of the French Public Procurement Code of 1 April 2019, the selected company, whichever it may be, will be required, for the performance of the contract, to carry out an integration action enabling access or return to employment for persons experiencing particular social or professional difficulties for a duration of 105 hours The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum annual amount excluding tax and with a maximum annual amount of 352,000 euros excluding tax. Pursuant to Article L.2112-2 of the French Public Procurement Code of 1 April 2019, the selected company, whichever it may be, will be required, for the performance of the contract, to carry out an integration action enabling access or return to employment for persons experiencing particular social or professional difficulties for a duration of 210 hours The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum annual amount excluding tax and with a maximum annual amount of 86,000 euros excluding tax The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum annual amount excluding tax and with a maximum annual amount of 116,000 euros excluding tax.
