Opportunity description

The purpose of the contract is the preventive and corrective maintenance, renewal and installation of fire hydrants and underground fire hydrants in the City of Savigny-sur-Orge. This contract consists of the following two services: First service: An annual inspection of underground fire hydrants and fire hydrants for servicing and maintenance. For each even-numbered year in which the contract is valid (2026 and 2028), and within the first 6 months, the contractor for this contract shall provide: - Routine servicing services, - A systematic check of the operation of the 185 underground fire hydrants and fire hydrants, - Pressure flow measurements, - Submission of monitoring documents (location map / monitoring sheet for each address with photo / annual inspection report). In addition, during the annual inspection and throughout the term of the contract, the contractor for this contract shall systematically repaint the equipment listed in the inventory. Second service: Work on underground fire hydrants and fire hydrants to bring them into compliance. The contractor for this contract shall perform work and bring underground fire hydrants and fire hydrants into compliance; performance shall take place through the issuance of purchase orders by the City of Savigny-sur-Orge as and when required.
