This contract concerns the establishment of a framework agreement with a third-party beneficiary clause aimed at supplying generator sets and associated spare parts, carrying out on-site maintenance, as well as providing training and making a hotline available for EDF SEI. EDF SA issues this contract notice in its own name, on behalf of its affiliated entities and Third Parties. The EDF Entities and Third Parties mentioned in the procurement regulations may benefit, if they so wish and upon simple request, from the commercial terms of the contract concluded by EDF SA for its needs.
