The purpose of this consultation is the mechanical, electrical, bodywork, paint, and broken-glass repairs for the City's passenger and commercial vehicles of all makes. This framework agreement with purchase orders consists of 2 lots. Lot 1 concerns mechanical repairs, and lot 2 concerns bodywork and paint repairs. Each lot will be awarded to a single operator. The framework agreement is concluded with purchase orders, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 50,000 excluding tax per year for lot 1 and lot 2. This consultation is conducted according to the open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2, and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. In accordance with Article R. 2161-4 of the French Public Procurement Code, the buyer may decide to examine the tenders before the applications. This contract concerns mechanical repairs. The contract concerns the restoration of bodywork and paintwork. The tenderer must indicate whether it is EAD-approved (remote assessment). Procedure: open. Estimated value: 200,000 EUR.
