France – Repair and maintenance services of playground equipment – INSPECTION OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND PLAYGROUNDS (2027-2031)

Opportunity description

The framework agreement covers inspection assignments for: • sports equipment as defined by standard NP S52-409 and Articles R.322-19 to R.322-26 of the Sports Code. These assignments may be extended to sports equipment falling outside the scope of these standards, • playgrounds as defined by Decrees No. 94-699 of 10 August 1994 and No. 96-1136 of 18 December 1996, • sports/fitness trails as defined by standard FD S52-903, • climbing walls as defined by standard EN 12572, • gymnastics apparatus as defined by Article L.421-3 of the Consumer Code. For this purpose, the contractor will use its own inspection equipment and enter the data into its monitoring software. The members of the purchasing consortium do not wish to acquire software. They only want the service provider to send the various reports after each inspection assignment. The contractor must carry out the main and operational inspections and update its database after each visit. Under no circumstances will the contractor be required to carry out corrective or maintenance operations on the equipment. These operations remain the responsibility of each consortium member. The lists of municipal equipment and equipment currently installed are specified in the special technical specifications. These may change during the term of the contract. In the case of events and/or specific equipment (such as a gymnastics championship, for example), the consortium members may carry out an inspection of equipment falling outside the scope of a standard. A purchasing consortium has been formed between the City of Cholet and the municipalities of Bégrolles-en-Mauges, Cernusson, Cléré-sur-Layon, Coron, La Plaine, La Romagne, La Séguinière, La Tessoualle, Le May-sur-Evre, Les Cerqueux, Maulévrier, Mazières-en-Mauges, Montilliers, Nuaillé, Saint Christophe-du-Bois, Saint-Léger-sous-Cholet, Saint-Paul-du-Bois, Somloire, Trémentines, Vezins, Yzernay.
